Viktor
Zokas (played menacingly by Robert Carlyle) is an international terrorist intent
on gaining a monopoly of the newly discovered oil fields in Azerbaijan. Also
known as "Renard", he kidnapped Elektra King, demanding a ransom of
$5,000,000. He still carries a bullet in his head from a failed assassination
attempt by 009. The bullet has destroyed his nervous system, making him
incapable of feeling pain.

Firo (codename Cigar Girl) is Renard's "personal assistant".
Played by Maria Grazia Cucinotta, she is a firearms and martial arts expert and

is a beautiful, but deadly, threat to 007.
